Andrew Kille
Beginning with issue 15.5, Andrew Kille will take over as Editor of The Bible Workbench. Andrew graduated from Stanford University (A.B., English Literature) and the American Baptist Seminary of the West (M.Div) before earning his Ph.D. from the Graduate
Theological Union in Berkeley in psychology and biblical
studies. He has become one of the leaders in the field
of psychological biblical criticism.
Ordained in the
American Baptist tradition, Andrew has been a pastor, teacher,
liturgical musician and retreat leader. He has taught
spirituality, psychology and the Bible for many years.
He currently works at building interfaith relations in San Jose, California. Author of Psychological
Biblical Criticism, co-editor with Wayne G. Rollins of Psychological Insight into the Bible, and writer of many articles on psychology and the
Bible, he leads a Bible Workbench group in San Jose.
Andrew comes to The Bible Workbench by way of experience with seminars offered by the Guild for Psychological Studies and by Walter Wink, Jerry Drino, and Bill Dols. He has served on the Board for Four Springs Seminars, and is currently President. He and his wife Pamela, a clinical psychologist, live in San Jose.

Bill Dols:
Bill has written and edited the
Bible Workbench for fifteen years. A native of Baltimore, Maryland,
Bill graduated from Washington & Lee
University, received a Master of Divinity Degree from Virginia
Seminary in Alexandria, Virginia and was awarded a PhD in the areas
of biblical studies and psychology by the Graduate Theological
Union and the University of California in Berkeley.
Bill served
Episcopal congregations for over twenty-five years in Maryland,
Virginia and North Carolina. A Fellow of the College of Preachers
of the National Cathedral in Washington, DC, he has been a member
of the Board of Trustees of the Virginia Seminary. He has served
as Minister of Education at the Myers Park Baptist
Church, a progressive Baptist congregation in Charlotte,
North Carolina, and previously as Executive Director
of The Educational Center in St. Louis. He
and his wife Shirley now live in Alexandria, Virginia.
Bill is the author of two books
of sermons, the most recent of which is Just
Because It Didn't Happen: Sermons and Prayers as Story. As
an aid to leaders using this method of biblical education he has
written Awakening the Fire Within: A Primer for Issue-Centered
Education, available from the Educational Center or through
the Bible
Workbench online store. Together with Caren Goldman, Senior
Editor, he has just published Finding
Jesus: Discovering Self.
With volume 15, Bill Dols will retire from the position of Editor
of The Bible Workbench. Although he will continue to write,
three of the Associate Editors will be overseeing the first few
issues of volume 15. With the mid-Pentecost 2008 issue (15.5),
D. Andrew Kille will become Editor.

Kathie Collins
Kathie
began participating in Bible Workbench groups
under the leadership of Bill Dols at the Myers Park Baptist Church
in 1995. Since then, she has led groups in a variety of settings
in and out of church, and written several Sundays. Kathie is a
yoga instructor who finds that her work with this Eastern Practice
informs and inspires her relationship with the Bible. A graduate
of UNC-Chapel Hill, Kathie lives in Charlotte with her husband
and their five children.
Beth Harrison
Beth has built the religion and philosophy program
at Northern Virginia Community College, and taught there for more
than thirty years. She is a graduate of Virginia Theological Seminary,
is a leader for the Guild for Psychological Studies, and has led
retreats in North Carolina, Virginia, Pennsylvania and California.

Associate Editors:
Francine Bray
Francine Bray is a graduate of the Divinity School of Duke University. A participant
and leader in Bible Workbench groups, she finds Bible Workbench to
be a powerful instrument for inner work and religious discovery. She mentors
an Education for Ministry group, a four-year extension program of the School
of Theology of the University of the South. She has studied at the C.G. Jung
Inter-Regional in Philadelphia , the C.G. Jung Institute in Zurich and currently
is a PhD candidate in Depth Psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute
in Santa Barbara, California. Francine currently resides in Mt.
Pleasant, South Carolina.
Kathie Collins

Edwin "Ted" Voorhees
Ted Voorhees is Priest-in-Charge at St. John's Episcopal Church in
Northampton, MA, and former rector of St. Mark's in Toledo, OH.
In addition to his parish work, he is a consultant in parish redevelopment
and conflict resolution and a facilitator of experiential educational
events and retreats. With his wife, Caren Goldman, and Bill Dols,
he is a longtime leader of "Life Outside the Box: Living the Questions
of Jesus."
Caroline Penniman Wohlforth
Caroline Wohlforth, an artist, is a long-time friend and associate
of the Educational Center. Caroline leads Bible Workbench sessions
in Anchorage, Alaska, where she lives with her husband Eric,
the current treasurer of the Educational Center Board. Caroline
is a member of St. Mary's Episcopal Church where she led Lifetext
classes since the beginning of that program and now leads Bible
Workbench sessions. She has attended workshops around the country
and helped others understand and use the Educational Center method.
